FAQ
Straight answers.
01Do you charge a call-out fee?
Booked jobs have no call-out fee: you pay the fixed price you approve. After-hours emergency call-outs have a set attendance fee, which we tell you on the phone before we come.
02Are your electricians licensed?
Yes. Every electrician is licensed, insured and employed by us directly. Their name and photo come in the text before they arrive.
03How fast can you get here in an emergency?
It depends on where you are and the time of day. The on-call electrician gives you an honest arrival time on the phone and texts you when they are on the way.
04Do I need a switchboard upgrade?
Common signs are ceramic fuses, no safety switches, breakers that trip often or a board that feels warm. We can inspect it and tell you straight whether it needs replacing.
05Can you install an EV charger at my place?
Usually, yes. We check your switchboard and supply first, then quote a fixed price. Load management stops the charger tripping power when the house is busy.
