Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information VOLTRO ("we") collects through voltro.online, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you use the contact form or the project questionnaire, we receive your name, email address and project details, plus your phone number, company and website if you provide them.
• Purchases. When you buy a digital product, we receive the email address you enter for your download links, and Razorpay shares the phone number you give at checkout, the amount and a payment ID with us. Your card, UPI or bank details go only to Razorpay. We never see or store them.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request data to deliver the site, keep it secure and limit abuse of our forms.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to reply to you, understand your project and prepare proposals. We use purchase details only to deliver your files, help with your order, handle refunds and keep the records the law requires. We do not sell any of it, and we do not add you to marketing emails.

Cookies and analytics

Most of this site sets no cookies. The products page is the exception: it uses the Meta Pixel, which sets a cookie so Meta can tell us whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to visits and purchases. It records that you viewed the page, started a checkout or bought something, and the price. It never receives your payment details or your downloads. Meta handles that data under its own privacy policy, and you can control ad tracking in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings or by blocking third-party cookies.

We do not currently use analytics or tracking tools.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and processes requests to it.
• Razorpay Software Private Limited processes payments for digital products.
• Resend, our email delivery provider, sends your download links and forwards form submissions to our inbox.

These providers may process data outside your country, under their own data protection terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the project and any legal record-keeping period. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time. We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. To make a request, email voltroservices5@gmail.com or use our contact form.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and our products are sold to adults.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
