About this site

The site describes our services and sells digital products. Nothing on it is an offer to provide services on particular terms. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over these terms.

Enquiries

When you send us an enquiry, please give accurate information and do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive data. How we handle what you send is described in our privacy policy.

Digital products

When you buy a digital product from our products page:

• the price is shown in Indian rupees (₹) and payment is processed by Razorpay;
• you receive the files as downloads straight after payment and by email, as described in our refund and delivery policy, which also explains when we give refunds;
• you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files and print pages for your own use. You may not share, upload, resell or redistribute them, in whole or in part;
• the content is general educational information, not professional, legal or financial advice, and results depend on how you apply it;
• we may change prices or stop selling a product at any time. This doesn't affect orders already paid for.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the site or its forms to send spam or unlawful content;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
• interfere with the site's operation, for example by overloading it with automated requests.

Intellectual property

The VOLTRO name, logo, design and content of the site belong to VOLTRO unless stated otherwise. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission.

Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

We keep the site accurate and available, but provide it "as is", without guarantees that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
