Refund and delivery policy

This policy covers the digital products sold on our Exclusive Digital Products page, such as ebooks, workbooks and templates. Everything we sell is a digital file. Nothing is shipped.

Payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. VOLTRO never sees or stores your card or bank details.

Delivery

• Instant download. As soon as your payment is confirmed, download links for your files appear on screen.
• By email. We also email the same links to the address you enter at checkout, usually within a few minutes. Emailed links work for 30 days. Please download and save your files in that time.
• If your files don't arrive. Check your spam folder first. If they still haven't arrived within an hour, email voltroservices5@gmail.com or use our contact form with your payment ID and we will send them within one business day.

Cancellations

Because files are delivered immediately, an order cannot be cancelled once the payment is complete. If you close the payment window before paying, nothing is charged. If money left your account but the payment failed, your bank or Razorpay normally reverses it automatically within 5 to 7 working days. If it doesn't, contact us and we'll help.

Refunds

Digital files can't be returned once downloaded, so we don't offer refunds if you change your mind. We will give you a full refund if:

• you were charged but we could not deliver your files within 2 business days of you contacting us;
• you were charged more than once for the same order; or
• a file is damaged or won't open, and we can't give you a working copy.

To ask for a refund, email voltroservices5@gmail.com or use our contact form within 7 days of your purchase, with your payment ID. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 7 working days.

Your licence

Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use the files and print pages for yourself. Please don't share, upload or resell them. The full terms are in our terms and conditions.
