The solution
A web dashboard that pulls data from the store, help desk and payment provider into one database, with views for each team and alerts when something needs attention.
What it would change
Daily questions answered in seconds from one screen, and problems spotted before customers complain.
How it would be built
Scheduled syncs from each source into PostgreSQL, a small API layer, and role-based views so each team sees what it needs.
